Well, if you're on this site then you know that Jason Seth Weinstein, son to Marc and Jennifer Weinstein, was born on November 24, 2005. Unlike his father, Jason arrived much earlier than his father does to most functions. He was born 4 1/2 weeks early and weighed a mere 4 pounds 13 ounces at birth and quickly dropped to 4 pounds 6 ounces within two days.

Though he was small, he was fully developed so the doctors placed him in the nursery with all of the big kids. He quickly made many friends but enjoyed spending time with his Mother, Father, and the rest of the family.

After two days he was brought home where his Gigi stayed for two weeks to take care of him and his mother. During this time he was just becoming acquainted with his new room, his older brother and sister (Marty and Annie) and thus felt more like a guest rather than part of the family. As such, he never cried, only requested his share of the milk and did all of his chores around the house.

Shortly thereafter, his Chach and Granny came up to see how he was doing. By this time he had begun to accept his place in the family and began to realize that crying had its benefits. As his bowel movements began developing a fowl odor and as his hunger increased he quickly learned that by screaming at the top of his lungs would remove whatever problem he had.

Next week his Mimi and Poppy will be coming up to see how he's doing. His Uncle Steven was here when he was born and Jason is looking forward to the Xbox 360 Uncle Steven promised him for Hanukah. Also, his Aunt Stephanie, Uncle David, cousins Jordan and Alexis and his Grandpa Fred are looking forward to seeing him. As he continues to grow I'll make sure to update this page.
